Positive Psychological Capital and Self-Directed Learning Predicting Job Performance in Physiotherapists.

The objectives of this survey research were 1) to study levels job performance, positive psychological capital and self-directed learning 2) relationship between performance 3) 4) predict by learning. instrument was a questionnaire. Corrected item-total correlations each item higher than 0.2 Cronbach’s alpha coefficient for capital, .825, .864, .869, respectively. sample 391 physiotherapists in Thailand. statistics used analyze data percentages, means, standard deviations, Pearson correlations, Partial Correlation stepwise multiple regression analysis. results revealed that: the had very high level learning; there statistically significant (p < .01); There finally, 4 elements -- self-efficacy, hope optimism self-managing accounted 67% variance physiotherapists.
